Sushi pH tester, suitable for measuring pH in sushi fish. For pH measurements in sushi rice, the Hanna Instruments HI-981032 pH tester will be more practical because it has a cone-shaped electrode for pressing into semi-solid media.

- Built-in flat-shaped pH electrode, specially designed for measuring pH in sushi fish.
- Open type connection electrode reduces the possibility of clogging from frozen food solids.
