A stick-on pH tester for chocolate, both finished and in-process.

- Built-in cone-shaped pH electrode, specially designed for pH measurements in chocolate.
- Open-type connection electrode reduces the possibility of clogging from frozen chocolate particles.
- Food-grade polyvinylidene fluoride housing that is resistant to chemicals and solutions used to disinfect the device.
- One or two point calibration.
